His philosophy holds true at Innovative Aesthetics as well. Providing a pain-free cosmetic experience for our patients is both possible and necessary. |

Dr. Cain’s philosophy is that laser and aesthetic medical treatments should not hurt. To assure our patients feel no pain, everyone is given appropriate relaxation medicines and/or local anesthesia in order to numb localized areas prior to any procedure. For any invasive procedure such as SmartLipo™ and VASER LipoSelection®, Dr. Cain uses the smallest tools possible and judicious use of sedation.
General anesthesia is not required for any Innovative Aesthetics cosmetic procedures. All patients are awake, alert, and able to communicate with Dr. Cain and our medical staff during all cosmetic procedures.
