Innovative Aesthetics of Houston now offers Dysport, a fast-acting wrinkle-softening treatment similar to BOTOX®. Dysport is an FDA-approved, non-surgical, long-lasting treatment to smooth forehead wrinkles, frown and neck lines. Dysport Vs. BOTOX
Research suggests that the biggest difference between Dysport and BOTOX is that Dysport may act

soon as 24 hours after receiving a Dysport treatment. Dysport may also last longer than BOTOX, as some studies show that it
lasts for up to one year versus three months with BOTOX.
A Dysport treatment is given smaller doses, but more injections in number than a BOTOX treatment, although still only lasting 10-20 minutes. BOTOX patients who feel that treatments are not as effective as they once were should consider switching to Dysport. Some studies have shown that patients who have become resistant to repeated treatments of BOTOX may respond better to Dysport.
